If you have an MSDN subscription it's downloadable from there today. It
won't be on store shelves until mid-February, and as far as I know the price
is about the same as VFP8.

If you read the links Mark originally posted you'd eventually find links to
places to pre-order VFP9. You can preorder it from
http://foxtoolbox.com/itemgroup.dbx?sku=340-01230, and you can also preorder
it from
http://foxshop.de/main.afp?content=search&pattern=Visual%20Fox%20Pro%209.0.
Maybe you can convert from US dollars or Euros to rupees.

I don't have a clue about prices in India or where to get VFP9 in India.
